New Milford is located in Litchfield County, Connecticut. Founded in 1707, New Milford is home to numerous historical buildings, several of which are on the National Registry of Historic Sites. Because of its beautiful scenery and homes, several major films have been filmed in New Milford. "Mr. Deeds," "The Ballad of Jack and Rose," and other films have been shot in this town.
