Glockenspiel Salzburg

The carillon is a later addition, brought from the Netherlands in 1696 and finally put in working order in 1702. The 35 bells play the magical tunes of Mozart and Carl Maria von Weber throughout the day and evening.

The bells are followed by music from what may be the oldest instrument in the world, a two hundred pipe Bull Organ in the Hohensalzburg Fortress.
