Egyptian Antiquities MuseumEstablished by the Egyptian govenment in 1835, the museum showcases more than 120,000 exhibits from the pre-historic era to the Greco-Roman period. Located on Tahrir square, the museum has 107 halls, which include exhibits from Tutankhamun's Treasures, Old Kingdom, the Middle Kingdom, and the New Kingdom.
