INTRODUCTION
Danbury is located in southwest Connecticut along the New York border. This quaint city offers a variety of outdoor sports such as kayaking, fly fishing, and skydiving. My favorite thing to do when I’m in Danbury is to shop. In my opinion, they have the very best outlet malls!! Tired of driving? Just buy a ticket on a chartered bus and let them do it for you!!!
HISTORY
The settlement of eight families that moved to the area in 1685 meant the arrival of the first colonist to Danbury who came from the area that is now Norwalk and Stamford.
