"All roads lead to Bellmawr" is certainly a true statement about this town. If you are travelling along U. S. Routes 42, 295, and 130, the New Jersey Turnpike, or the Black Horse Pike, you will end up in Bellmawr. Ending up in Bellmawr is not such a bad thing!
When exiting off the New Jersey Turnpike, you have your choice of places to stay in Bellmawr. Motels and hotels, located off the Black Horse Pike will satisfy any weary traveller.
When you are in Bellmawr, you must stop at Carmen's Deli. A Bellmawr tradition since the 1960s, Carmen's makes the best hoagies--especially the Italian. Tip: Get there early!!! D'Orazio foods, another Italian store, located off of Creek Road (via from Routes 42 or 130), prepares the best pastas and sauces.
Ponzio's Restaurant is high on the list of places to get a delicious meal. Ponzio's has dotted the Bellmawr landscape for many years, and continues to serve up the best food in South Jersey. They also have a wonderful chicken parmesan dinner. Don't forget the salad!
