National Museum The museum contains one of the Gulf's largest collections of ecological, ethnographic and archaeological material. This material is divided into sections, each of which deals with a specific aspect of history. Doha Among the attractions in the city are the Qatar National Museum, the Handicrafts Centre and the traditional souks and bazaars. The Qatar National Library is a well-equipped institution, housing a rich collection of books, rare volumes and manuscripts. The city is also well-known for its breathtaking mosques.
