Edgware Road is a notable street in West London with Marble Arch and Hyde Park at the southern end and Paddington to the West. It has a large Arab population and is known for its many Lebanese and other Middle Eastern restaurants serving kebab, shwarma, hummus and sweets like baklava. The ubiquitous hookah is also a highlight of going to one of Edgware's numerous sidewalk cafes and eateries, especially during the summer when it's pleasant to sit outside and experience the uniqueness of this ethnic enclave.
