Darby's Cave Largest cave on the island at 70 feet deep and an interior ecosystem supporting 50-foot palmetto palms, bats, birds and frogs. Martello Tower On the south coast of Barbuda, this 56 foot tall tower offers a splendid view of most of the island. RESTAURANTS Seafood, italian, chinese and local food are what the island's restaurants offer. Go to "Abracadabra" for southern, mediterranian and italian flavours; "Amigos Mexican" for mexican food; "Calabash Restaurant and Lounge" for international flavour and fusion; "Coconut Grove", "Harmony Hall", "Home Restaurant" and "The Beach Restaurant" for caribbean food.
