This is an island nation, located in the eastern Caribbean Sea, bound by the Atlantic Ocean. The main town is the capital, Saint John's, which is located on Antigua. Barbuda's largest town is Codrington.

Frigate Bird Sanctuary

Home to one of the largest frigate (or man-of-war or hurricane) bird colonies in the world.

Palaster Reef

A marine reserve in pristine waters with old shipwrecks as well as reefs.

Darby's Cave

Largest cave on the island at 70 feet deep and an interior ecosystem supporting 50-foot palmetto palms, bats, birds and frogs.

Martello Tower

On the south coast of Barbuda, this 56 foot tall tower offers a splendid view of most of the island.

RESTAURANTS

Seafood, italian, chinese and local food are what the island's restaurants offer. Go to "Abracadabra" for southern, mediterranian and italian flavours; "Amigos Mexican" for mexican food; "Calabash Restaurant and Lounge" for international flavour and fusion; "Coconut Grove", "Harmony Hall", "Home Restaurant" and "The Beach Restaurant" for caribbean food.

NIGHTLIFE

"Miller's by the Sea" if you like to jazz, "Coast nightclub" for DJs and live bands, go to the English Harbour and visit "Last Lemming" or "St James Club" at Mamora Bay. Or simply go to the always trendy, St John's where you surely will find some fun or a place that fits you well.
